Thank you for visiting our site and I hope that you will like what you see and join us soon! The principle concept of booking a stay with us at Our Private House Hotel here in Costa Adeje, Tenerife is that you have at your disposal the amenities and quality offered through booking a high-quality, spacious hotel room but in a more friendly, private home environment.
Our house has 4 en-suite rooms only, consisting of two suite-style King bedrooms and two standard Queen doubles. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mini-fridge, coffee making facilities, flat screen TV’s, security safe boxes and free internet access. Our roof terrace provides the perfect secluded area for you to relax and sunbathe or try the spacious pool and fitness gym in our modern complex if you really want to stay in shape while you’re here!
A room-only booking is the minimum service level that we offer, which is the equivalent at most major hotels but we offer much more as you will see here on our site. Your room will be cleaned daily and is equipped with toiletries, towels and bedding which is changed on a 3-4 day cycle.
Optional Services
All other services are optional, including airport transfers, breakfast and dinner. If you plan on exploring more of the island then we can help you with car hire and excursions. See more in Extra Services.

All rooms are equipped with Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee making machines. Pods and tea bags are supplied daily. Bottled drinking water is available all day free of charge.

Join us for Dinner! – During your stay, should you wish to eat a home cooked meal with wine and other beverages, just sign up.

The house is a part of a residential complex – guests have full access to the pool, children’s pool, sun loungers & parasols.

Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped fitness room, changing area and sauna with power showers.
Checkin & Checkout
Rooms are ready from 14:00 on the day of arrival and shall be vacated latest 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Provision for storage of luggage is available free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled, and deposit refunded. Conditions apply and vary to circumstances. Please read carefully our COVID-19 conditions.

The property is part of a communal complex and the rules apply to all visitors. As a guest of Our Private House Hotel you are asked to respect these rules at all times.

Thank you for the lovely stay. We enjoyed starting our days with a superb breakfast and ending on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine looking at those glorious sunsets.
A perfect place to stay with or without a car. Easy to get around by bus, as it stops down on the main road.

We love hiking and investigating nature. With a hire car organized in the village for us, we found it easy to explore the Island. Philip & Iben helped us so much with local knowledge and tips of what to prioritize.
So much to choose from, we still have so much to see. Super breakfasts and relaxing on the roof terrace on return, and eating in the local restaurants made for a perfect stay.
Just what we needed, small, private and personal with attention to detail. Always felt whatever we needed, if not on hand, was immediately available. Hoping very much to be back soon and enjoy the sunshine vibes.

We love the concept of staying in our own hotel room, but still feeling at home with access to the whole house.
