House & Community Rules

Our Private House Hotel is part of a communal complex and we kindly request that you comply with the following rules which apply to all visitors:

1. The use of the swimming pool is prohibited from dusk until 09:00 am.

2. Community sunbeds, tables and chairs are strictly for use around the pool areas and must not be removed for personal use in apartments or on private terraces.

3. Reserving of sun-beds is strictly prohibited and towels etc. used for this purpose will be removed.

4. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied at all times by an adult whilst using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna gymnasium or solarium areas.

5. The use of Lilos or other inflatables in the pool is NOT PERMITTED to protect young children and avoid nuisance to other pool users.

6. Tee shirts should not be worn in the pool as this can cause damage to the filter system and be dangerous. Injury to young persons can be caused if the material is caught in filters.

7. No radios or stereo permitted around the pool area except with the use of headphones.

8. Glassware, any other breakable objects and the consumption of food is prohibited in the pool or solarium areas.

9. Skateboards, bicycles roller skates, roller blades, frisbees footballs or any other type of ball games are not allowed anywhere on the complex at any time- including the garage and parking areas.

10. Bathers must shower before entering the pool as sun creams can react with chemicals and cause irritation to the eyes.

11. Towels and other laundry must not be hung over balcony rails.

12. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times but especially during the siesta period (14:00-16:00) and after 22:00 (10pm).
