Booking Conditions
Bookings for Our Private House Hotel are primarily taken for adult couples and singles. Any accompanying children must be a minimum 16 years or over.*
Minimum booking period – three nights.
*Families or groups with children are accepted, subject to availability, if they request a block booking of three rooms.
Bookings are made by using the link here or via the button below and completing the request form. Within 24hrs of submitting your request you will, subject to availability, receive a pre-confirmation and deposit invoice. On receiving the pre-confirmation, the dates you have requested will be locked for 5 days. Payment of the deposit (50% of the total room rate/s) shall be made within 5 days. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a confirmation of payment and full details of your booking.
The balance of your room rate booking will be invoiced and is payable no later than 7 days before your arrival date.
If the dates requested are not available you will receive an email offering the closest available to your original request.
NB: Requesting a room is not a booking in itself, you must await pre-confirmation and complete the deposit payment before your booking is fully secured.
Checkin & Checkout
Rooms are ready from 14:00 on the day of arrival and shall be vacated latest 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Provision for storage of luggage is available free of charge. There is also provision for showering available at the pool area for late departures.
An earlier check-in may be available dependent on availability and should be requested the day before arrival.
Equally a later check-out may be available on your day of departure and can be requested on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled, and deposit refunded, up to 60 days prior to arrival (less a €20 administration charge).
Cancellations between 30-59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations between 8-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 25% of the total cost.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will receive a 10% refund of the total cost.
Bookings are personal and cannot be exchanged with others unless previously accepted in writing with Our Private House Hotel.
